Nurse practitioner Rachel Francisco completed her master's degree in nursing at Grand Canyon University in 2018. She provides comprehensive patient care for a diverse patient population while fostering trusting relationships with them.

Rachel brings years of patient care experience with her previous role at John C. Lincoln Medical Center improving patient
outcomes with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH), and ventilated/tracheostomy patients.  Rachel received the Daisy Award pin for exemplary nurses for outstanding nursing care and is an Honor Nurse program award recipient through continuing education, advanced degree and certification, volunteer services and leadership.
